The original artwork Goldfinches and Mullein is inspired by my garden and the birds that live there. It is an ode to summer composed of a ballet of goldfinches and a native wildflower. It represents the gentle balance of nature and the symbiosis that unites the different species in an ecosystem.
This artwork was hand-painted in acrylic ink, pigment ink, and acrylic on 300g acid-free wove paper in 2024. A fixative and UV-protective varnish were applied to the artwork. THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK IS SOLD FRAMED, framed in local wood (coti elm) by Atelier 685.
Format: 36 x 24 inches
Sold unframed.

Indeed, my art prints are printed on demand at the studio in the format corresponding (as closely as possible) to the original work. These limited editions of 50 copies are printed with pigment inks on 100% cotton paper.
