The original artwork, The Spring Blackbird, depicts a magnificent Red-winged Blackbird perched on a cattail stalk. This magnificent migratory bird returns to my home every spring to nest in the ditch in front of my house.
This artwork was hand-painted with inks (acrylic and pigment) and acrylic on acid-free watercolor paper in 2024. A fixative and UV-protective varnish were applied to the artwork.
Format: 16 x 12 inches
Includes certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Indeed, my art prints are printed on demand at the studio in the format corresponding (as closely as possible) to the original work. These limited editions of 50 copies are printed with pigment inks on 100% cotton paper.
