The original work, "The Boreal Grouse," was inspired by a moment of wonder that occurred at the Saguenay Fjord Park. We were able to observe a group of small Ruffed Grouse eating cranberries on a beautiful bed of moss. The image was too beautiful not to paint.
This artwork was hand-painted with inks (acrylic and pigment) and acrylic on 260g acid-free Bristol paper in 2023. A fixative and UV-protective varnish were applied to the artwork.
Format: 16 x 12 inches
Includes certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
