The original artwork Cardinals and Hydrangea depicts a pair of red cardinals perching on the branches of a blooming hydrangea. This illustration is inspired by the blooming hydrangeas I observe and smell around my home in August.
This artwork was hand-painted in alcohol ink, pigment ink, and acrylic on 250gsm acid-free Bristol board in 2021. A fixative and UV-protective varnish have been applied to the artwork, but it is recommended to avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.
Format: 20 x 16 inches
Includes certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
