The original artwork River Otters is inspired by the otter family I observed last winter in the river near my studio. These beautiful river otters are depicted with a variety of aquatic plants that grow along the riverbank. This artwork was hand-painted with inks (acrylic and pigment) and acrylic on 300g acid-free watercolor paper in 2025. A fixative and UV-protective varnish were applied to the artwork. The purchase of the original artwork includes the certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
This artwork is also available as an art print (reproduction). Each reproduction of this limited edition is numbered, titled, and hand-signed by the artist (in graphite pencil below the illustration). It is printed in the studio with pigment inks on 100% cotton, acid-free, white or natural art paper. The print run is limited to 50 copies and will not be reprinted.
Format: The original artwork and art prints are 16 x 12 inches in size.
