Original work painted in ink and acrylic on cardboard canvas by Catherine Plante artist in 2025.

This work is called Our Natural Icons No. 4 - Saint Goldfinch. It depicts a beautiful little goldfinch perched on an echinacea flower and surrounded by golden leaves and fern silhouettes. I named the works in this series "icons" in reference to religious symbols because forests and rivers are my cathedrals. For me, nature is the purest and most beautiful thing.

This artwork is produced on a cardboard canvas and a hanging device is installed on the back.

Includes certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
