This work is called Our Natural Icons No. 8 - Sainte-Bernache. It depicts a magnificent Canada Goose surrounded by gold leaf and fern silhouettes. I named the works in this series "icons" in reference to religious symbols because forests and rivers are my cathedrals. For me, nature is the purest and most beautiful thing.

This artwork is produced on gallery canvas and a hanging device is installed on the back.
